Next we considered exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many activities that you can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. We need to sleep every night. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
