For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many different exercises we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
