Fruits and veggies, however, are good for us since they have essential vitamins and mineral that our bodies require.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many types of exercise that we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
